Domestic Shipping (UK): 3 – 5 business days.

International Shipping (Europe, the U.S., and Australia): 7-8 business days. For the rest of the world, delivery generally ranges between 7-21 business days. Please be aware that precise delivery times may vary due to import regulations specific to each country.

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. Please note delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed. Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with shipping date confirmation and tracking information. The shipping times provided are to be used as a guide. HayyNails cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.

All domestic orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed after 3pm GST, Monday – Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

International Customs and Duty Fee: As we are unable to advise the exact amount of customs and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all custom and duty fees that may occur once the order has reached the destination.

Royal Mail manages the package delivery process. Once dispatched, it is not within HayyNails capability to follow up, please ensure you leave us with the correct delivery address.

In the unlikely scenario of package damage, loss, or theft, retain relevant evidence like photos and contact Royal Mail for compensation. You can find the claims process by searching "Royal Mail damaged/lost/stolen package claim" online. Please understand that HayyNails cannot be held responsible for incidents occurring during the delivery process.

RETURNS
Regrettably, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for changes of mind or requests for a different style/size due to hygiene concerns. We highly recommend reviewing your order thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.

Damages and Issues: If the item arrives damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hayynails@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

It should be unused, with all toolkit items.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. Please note, we do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.
